MuBANY is proud to lead 58 religious/religiously affiliated organizations in an amicus brief in support of the plaintiff in State of California v. Trump. The lawsuit seeks to halt President Trump’s re-allocation of funds to build a wall on the southern border.  Amici include congregations and houses of worship representing a wide array of faiths and denominations, as well as professional, civil liberties, and immigrant rights groups who work or represent faith communities. Thanks to our friends at Patterson Belknap for spearheading this effort.
