    MuBANY President Speaks on Panel about Careers in Law and Politics
    Atif Rehman was invited to speak on a panel to discuss careers in law and share his experiences about the legal profession.  The event was held at the Turkish Cultural Center in Queens and organized by ISAY (Inspiring South Asian Youth)

    The Muslim Bar Association of New York participated in a Bar Fair in New York City organized by the Network of Bar Leaders.  The Bar Fair provided law students and recent grads an opportunity to learn more about the MuBANY and meet with its leadership.

    Members of the Muslim Bar Association of New York prepared and served 200 meals to the homeless in Manhattan's Tompkins Square Park for our first annual "MuBANY Fights Hunger" event.

    Please join me in congratulating MuBANY Board member, Adeel Mangi, on recently being recognized as one of the National Asian Pacific Bar Association's (NAPABA) "2014 Best Lawyers Under 40".

    Adeel was one of 21 honorees selected from across the United States who have achieved distinction in their filed while demonstrating a strong commitment to the community.
